|Turkish Cuisine Class 5th Session on December 6th|
The fifth session of the Turkish Cuisine Class was held on December 6th, Saturday afternoon at Raindrop Turkish House - NW Branch. The instructors taught how to cook Toothpick Kabab, Couscous Pilaf, Green Salad, and Cinnamon/Tahini Cookies.
As all other classes, the recipes are distributed to the students at the beginning of the class. The step by step procedures for cooking the dishes in menu are detailly explained, so the students would able to repeat these steps successfully at home. The students also took notes for the instructor's special tips to make thses dishes more delicious.
