It was a refreshing
experience to see new faces in this season's first class. Guests were so
excited and eager to dive into learning Turkish culture, and cuisine. With that
in mind we wanted to cook one of the spectacular and well known Turkish dishes.
We started with an inviting vermicelli soup than the delicious Mousakka was in
the oven. Of course mousakka had to be paired with yummy rice with chickpeas.
Then refreshing cacik was the final touch. The comments such as" the cook was
very good; the people were very knowledgeable and friendly; it was well
organized; the food was delicious" were encouraging to for us to pursuit of
excellence. This season looks promising and there will be a lot of exciting
moments.
