Cooking Class April 4, 2009 |

We cooked sarma "wrapped grape leaves", sekerpare "delightful cookies", and (muhammara) cemen "paste spread". It was very much hands on where everyone was involved and helped out and of course we enjoyed eating them very much with Turkish tea. We are looking forward to our field trip to Turkish breakfast on May 2nd and next cooking class on May 9th.(April 4,2009) To know how to cook this class's dishes, please click here.
