april23.jpg April 23 is an important date in Turkey. It is the Children's festival, the first celebration of which was held on April 23, 1920, when the Turkish Parliament was founded. It was organized so as to improve the feelings of fraternity, love and friendship among children from different countries and also to contribute to a world where they will live in peace.
