Honorable South Korean Counsul General Kim Jung Keun, one of the participants of the upcoming trip to Turkey, has started learning Turkish. The Honorable Consul met the Turkish teacher, Mr. Mursel Celebi, the first time this week and found out that Mr. Celebi's father was a veteran of the Korean war.
