House. After a warm and casual dinner, Turkish coffee and desserts were
enjoyed and a great conversation took off. A brief presentation of past
activities and the upcoming events of Raindrop Turkevi were given, such
as Turkish Language Olympiad and Turkic Fest.

CIVIL RIGHTS WORKING GROUP meet for it's quarterly meeting. The
meeting was hosted
Raindrop Turkevi in Little Rock, Arkansas. The working group is
composed of concerned citizens, representatives from community
organizations, representatives from governmental organizations, and

Dallas Raindrop Turkish House awarded winner of Turkish Olympiad |
Dallas Raindrop Turkish House awarded Turkish Olympiad winner Wesley Smith of Fort Worth, Texas. Wesley Smith has attended last year 1st Turkish Olympiads which was organized by Raindrop Turkish House in Houston. Presentation about Turkish cuisine made him win the competition and got right to go Turkey, 5th International Turkish Olympiads. Over 100 countries' students attended to the International Turkish Olympiad in Turkey. From USA there were two students both were from Texas, Wesley from Fort Worth and girl was Katherine Schalagal from Austin. (February 10, 2008, Dallas, TEXAS)

Volunteer Members of Raindrop Turkish House Helping Hands visited Bryan Police Dept. Chief Tyrone R. Morrow and Crime Prevention Officer Roby Lewis. Volunteers informed Chief Tyrone T. Morrow and Roby Lewis about activities of Raindrop Turkish House and also made donation to National Drug & Safety League. Raindrop sponsored 100 Children Materials which will be used to teach the fundamentals of child safety and drug awareness. Raindrop Helping Hands' Contribution to Bangladesh |
Dear community members,
The aid campaign that we, Raindrop Helping Hands, started in last
November to help the victims of Sidr cyclone in Bangladesh has ended.
We owe our greatest gratitude to everyone who donated to this campaign
