    Dallas Raindrop Turkevi organized 1st Annual Graduation Dinner for graduating Turkish students from master or PhD programs. Dinner started with service of delicious Turkish cuisine, of course. During and after the dinner, graduates and nominees had warm conversations. Director of Dallas Raindrop Turkevi Dr. Edib Ercetin, introduced graduates of a year and asked them to come to the stage. (May, 12, 2007, DALLAS,TEXAS)

 

Relatively senior members of Turkish community gave Raindrop Turkevi plaques to graduates. Graduate from PhD program of UTD, Mr. Oktay Urcan talked about his Dallas years and also thanked Turkevi for organizing such a touching event on his last days in the country. At the end of the program, all graduates came to stage again for family picture.
