it comes to our relationship. Armenians have been going through a big trauma
against Turks while Turks have been having paranoia against Armenians. We are
two clinical events.Who will treat us? French Parliament or
American Senate? Who will write the prescription? Who is our doctor?Armenians are the physician of Turks and Turks are the
physician of Armenians.

 The Consul General of Greece, Stelios Gavriil has held a dinner to honor the executives of Rain Drop Turkevi at Mykonos Restaurant. Some of the topics that were discussed during dinner were the commonalities between Greek and Turkish communities, the opportunities for dialog between the two nations, the changes that took place in Greece after they joined the European Union and the candidacy of Turkey's EU membership.  One of the prominent universities of United States as well as world, University of Texas held a two-day international conference on Ottoman Tolerance on 24-25 March. Center for Middle Eastern Studies of University of Texas, Raindrop Foundation, and the Institute of Interfaith Dialog were the organizers of the conference.Conference started with a reception held on Friday 23 March for the conference speakers and distinguished guests. Speakers from England, Turkey, Egypt, Macedonia, and various cities of United States delivered detailed information about the diversity and the tolerance existed in the Ottoman Empire.  Travis County Sheriff Greg Hamilton and his staffs have visited Raindrop Turkevi-Austin. After an amazing dinner, catered by TAWA, Dr. Yetkin Yildirim gave an impressive presentation about Turkey. The distinguished guests could not keep their eyes away from the beauty of top landmarks of Turkey. Sheriff Hamilton expressed his thanks to Raindrop Foundation for its contribution to built bridges between Austinies by organizing cultural and educational programs. He also invited all the members of our foundation to his office for a dinner. Visit from Houston-Baku Sister City Association |
 The president of Houston-Baku sister City Association Irada Akhoundova with some of their members paid a visit to Rain Drop Turkevi. Ms. Akhoundova and our executive Director, Cemil Teber shared ideas about working together in different activities such as soccer tournaments, classes in Azerbaijan language and exhibits on cultural arts.
