Charles C. Foster currently serves as the chairman of the Partnership's Immigration Task Force. He heads up Tindall & Foster’s immigration law practice group. A founding member of his firm, Foster has been recognized in Texas Monthly and Texas Lawyer as one of Texas' top lawyers. Foster serves as honorary Consul General for the Kingdom of Thailand (Houston) and as chairman of the Asia Society Texas Center.  (August 13,2008,TEXAS)

     He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York     and on the Board of Directors of the Houston Ballet, Neighborhood Centers, Houston International Festival, Interfaith Ministries and the Houston Preservation Alliance.  Hon.
