Raindrop Turkish House welcomes Attorney General Drew Edmondson |
 Drew Edmondson, Attorney General of Oklahoma, visits Raindrop Turkish House in Oklahoma City. The Attorney General attended a dinner banquet on Wednesday, November 19 and met with the officers and volunteers of the cultural center to discuss possible future activities, including luncheon programs, conferences, cultural trips, and educational programs for the youth. Mr. Edmondson said that he was glad to visit the recently renovated building on 4444 N Classen Ave. in Oklahoma City, the new location of Raindrop Turkish House, and expressed his appreciation to the director, Mr. Reshad, for the center's contribution to the social and cultural life in Oklahoma City. Mr. Edmondson also plans to attend a cultural trip to Turkey in December 2008 organized by Raindrop Turkish House.

Raindrop organizes Breakfast & Morning conversations, which is a series of public conversations that draw together diverse minds to discuss critical issues and engage in cooperative social action.
