CPR & First Aid Seminar at Raindrop Helping Hands |

Turquoise Center was home to a sweet rush among volunteers, staff and community members. Raindrop Helping Hands has organized a CPR training session for its staff, volunteers and community members in collaboration with OakBend Medical Center. Twenty people signed up for the course. (June 13th, 2009, Houston, TX)
OakBend Medical Center staff Ms Tanya Carbone, Ms Janice and Ms Nermin Polat did an excellent job teaching what to do on certain emergency cases from heart attacks to choking in both infants and adults. Medical team brought mannequins and training materials to provide hands-on training. Both participants and medical team enjoyed the program and participants told that they learned a lot from the program.

You can comfortably (!) have a heart attack now in and around Turquoise Center since there are many people with a CPR certificate.
