Visit by I-SWEEEP students |
Students who participated in I-SWEEEP visited Raindrop
Turkish House. Raindrop Turkish House provided information about Turkish
culture to students coming from different countries to participate in I-SWEEEP
project competition. Students had chance to taste special foods from Turkish
cuisine. Students had fun time in the game room with their teachers before

Station and chief of Bryan
police department were our honored guests. The city manager of College
Station, Glenn Brown, gave a speech about the city development and

Turkish, Interfaith Dialog, and Kazakh Student Associations
organized a Nowruz picnic in Stephen C. Beachy Central Park,College Station. Almost 150 people from 10
different nations attended this great event and shared their cultures with the
others. The event's major sponsor was Raindrop Turkish House. Turks, Kazakhs,
and others with their families celebrated traditional Turkic Nowruz feast.
